Welcome to babyshop.co.uk

Please read carefully our Terms of Business which governs your use of our Web Site. By using this Web Site and placing an order you are agreeing to them.

Amendments

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

Delivery

Orders placed with BabyShop.co.uk usually take 3-7 working days to dispatch. However, delays are occasionally inevitable so please allow up to 14 working days.  Delays are usually outside our control e.g. manufacturer cannot supply etc. but we will always do our very best. Engraved or personalized orders can take up 28 days for delivery.

BabyShop.co.uk also offer a courier service.  If this selection is made during the checkout process your order shall be shipped via courier.  This service gives you the ability to fully track your order from us to you.  A courier service does not necessarily improve the time it takes to process your order, tracking number upon request.

If you order has not arrived within 7 working days, after dispatch date, it is considered 'Lost'.  We shall provide a tracking number upon request. Your items will be delivered to the invoice or delivery address only.

Next Day shipping is available upon request, a tracking number shall be provided upon request.
 
Pricing and Payment

Prices of products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price of the product as advertised on our website at the time of you placing your order. All BabyShop.co.uk online transactions are fully secured through SagePay. Your payment details are not stored on our system and we keep no record of your credit card details.

Your credit card payment is authorized and processed at the point you place an order from us. 

Availability

All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.

Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by email suggesting an alternative product or allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock.

Privacy Policy

Any information you enter into our website will only ever be used by us for the purpose of fulfilling your order, or to send you relevant marketing information. Please rest assured that we will never sell or pass your information to any third party under any circumstances.

Ordering

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.  Orders can also be placed by calling 01376 345100.

We will be unable to process an order:-

(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom.
(e) If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery.  Unfortunately, this right does not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised products or whereby the product is personalised in any form.

Returns Policy

Please email info@babyshop.co.uk before returning any item(s) to us.

If you wish to return part or the whole order we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.  We will issue a full refund including postage and packaging, or an exchange.

After 7 days from the date of delivery we will refund the cost of the order minus the postage and packaging charge paid. Unfortunately, these right do not extend to personalised items or products specifically made to order or if you have made a spelling mistake on your personalised products.

If an item received is incorrect, faulty, damaged or in circumstances where personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or an error made by any of our specialists, we shall of course be happy to provide you with a full refund (including cost of delivery) or offer to replace the item at no cost to you. We may require you to return the original item, in which case we will also refund the return postage cost.

For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package back using a delivery service that provides a tracking number such as 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded post.

Any item which is being returned must arrive back with us in perfect/saleable condition.
